Pactron's 88AP510 Q7 Module

 

Pactron offers the Industry’s first Q7 Module based on Marvell’s ARMADA™ 510 system-on-chip (SoC). 88AP510 is a highly integrated, low power SoC with an ARM v6/v7-compliant superscalar processor core, hardware graphics processing unit, video decoding acceleration hardware and a broad range of peripherals. The module incorporates a 88AP510SoC with upto 933 MHz operation, 1GB DDR3 DRAM, 4GB NAND Flash, Micro SD card connector, SPI Flash and UART/JTAG debug interfaces. The module follows the new QSeven Specification 2.0, and carries all the required interfaces to the standard connector.
